BrainDump allows users to permanently request deletion of their account directly from within the application. For security and privacy reasons, account deletion requests are reviewed before they are processed.
After your request is submitted, our support team will verify the request to ensure it was made by the rightful account owner. Verification helps protect users against unauthorized deletion requests.
Once verification is successfully completed, your account deletion request will be processed. Account deletion is normally completed within: 2 to 7 business days.
